Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is seeking a Part Time Accounts Payable Assistant to join our growing accounting team. The Accounts Payable Assistant is a key member of the business office and accounting team. This role provides financial and administrative support with a primary focus on processing and monitoring accounts payable, managing purchase orders, and handling invoices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

• Process, calculate, post, and manage accounts payable transactions.
• Review and reconcile invoices and purchase orders.
• Perform analysis on expenses to support financial accuracy and reporting.
• Assist with duties that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative team.

• Respond to requests from the Administrator and Management team.
• Receive and address staff and provider inquiries and concerns.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with Net Suite is a plus.

• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze expenses and financial data.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Pay Range: $17.00 $ 23.00 per hour
