• Build rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction by guiding them in their vehicle purchases in a no-haggle sales environment.
• Use excellent communication and listening skills to help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment terms to meet their lifestyle and budget.
• Drive customer loyalty by following up to ensure their experience is top‑notch and help transition customers to the Service Department for their vehicle needs.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years dealership experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record.
