Phone Operator – Patient Call Center Representative
Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is looking for a full‑time Phone Operator in our Davenport Customer Call Center. If you have a positive can‑do attitude, desire a stable professional work environment, and are looking for a career in healthcare, we want you!
Responsibilities- Process internal and external phone calls, including scheduling appointments for new and established patients, taking messages or paging when indicated, and answering questions regarding CVM’s general procedures.
- Maintain physician and clinic schedules.
- Process patient records in practice management system.
- Perform follow‑up of Phone Tree appointment reminder and recall reminder calls.
Previous medical office and scheduling experience is preferred.
