Your Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial concept through construction documents and completion
• Guide and collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and clients
• Deliver innovative, high-quality, functional, and meaningful design solutions
• Represent the firm in coordination meetings, design discussions, and client relationships

What You Bring

• 8-10 years of architectural experience
• Active architecture license in Wisconsin or Iowa
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and collaboratively
• Passion for design excellence and mentorship
