Cardiovascular Medicine (CVM), a CVAUSA partner practice, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join our highly successful team in Davenport, Iowa. CVM was founded in 1976 and affiliated with CVAUSA in 2021 to provide growth while maintaining physician-led autonomy.
About The OpportunityJoin a thriving Cardiology Practice comprised of the Iowa and Illinois divisions. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a comprehensive Electrophysiology program with dedicated support and state-of-the-art facilities. You will work primarily on one hospital campus, minimizing travel, and focus on EP-only call, with a dedicated General Cardiology Hospitalist Program for inpatient care.
Key Responsibilities & Highlights- Provide advanced Cardiac Electrophysiology services, including:
- Full device services
- A-Fib ablations
- Lead extractions
- Cryoablation
- Watchman procedures
- Utilize state-of-the-art 3D mapping technology (Carto and ESI).
- Work primarily on one hospital campus, minimizing travel throughout the workweek.
- Benefit from no general cardiology call; EP call rotation is strictly EP-focused.
- Collaborate with a dedicated General Cardiology Hospitalist Program that manages inpatient care, utilizing EP as consultants.
- Access two dedicated EP labs with a 100% EP support team.
- Base salary range of $650,000–700,000 depending on skillset and experience.
- Lucrative bonus structure.

The Iowa Division includes 12 cardiologists (7 interventionists, 1 peripheral, 4 non-interventionists). Interventional services include TAVR, CTO, and complex endovascular procedures. Practice staff of 250 supports both hospital and office operations, including advanced practice providers.

- Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois.
