Position Title
Orthopedic Spine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Full Time
LocationMercy One Genesis – Davenport, IA (Level III trauma center)
Responsibilities- Provide surgeon support in hospital, operating room, and clinic.
- Collaborate with dedicated surgeons in a multi‑specialty medical group.
- Base salary: $120,000–$136,000
- Productivity and call pay
- Recruitment incentive: up to $20,000
- Additional surgical access at Mercy One Genesis ambulatory surgery center (planned Spring 2026)
- Future hospital opening in Bettendorf
- Work within a large non‑profit health system offering comprehensive continuum of care.
