OB/GYN Hospitalist - Physician - Davenport, Iowa - Join an amazing team

Looking for an experienced OB/GYN to join our OB/GYN Hospitalist team.

• Provide 24-hour in-house care for OB & GYN emergencies in ER and labor & delivery(24-hour in-house coverage by anesthesia and neonatology as well)
• Accept and manage transfers from smaller hospitals in the region
• Provide intrapartum, antepartum, and postpartum care for unassigned patients
• Back up call for Mercy One OB/GYN practice
• Supervision of 1st and 2nd year Family Medicine residents and one FM-OB Fellows

• Full Time = 7 (24 hour) shifts per month

Busy labor & delivery, with approximately 2000 births per year, is supported by several amazing groups of physicians:

2 OB/GYN groups:

• Large established private practice includes 8 physicians and 6 midwives
• Hospital employed group, provides clinic-based care for Mercy One Genesis OB & GYN patients as well as for local FQHC, Community Health Care/Edgerton Womens Health (collaborate with 5 midwives from FQHC in office and hospital)
