Schedule:
Looking for locums to fill vacation coverage
Daily onsite needs 8a-5p w/1 hour unpaid lunch Weekday call TBDDaily work schedule: rounds on patients daily care conferences 2x per week Details:
Inpatient Responsibilities:

Number of patients the physician round on in a typical day: 18
Hospitalist team handles the med management for the patient
Support staff available to assist the locums physician: 2 NPsEstimated Credentialing Timeline: 30-60 days

Cerner Bill Rates Needed for Submission:
Malpractice must be included in the rates
Orientation
Daily 2800/day cap Holiday Daily
OT 475/hour cap to apply after 8 hours/day Holiday OTNight Call to include minimum of 2 gratis hours 500/night to include 2 hours gratis cap Holiday Night Call
24 Hour On Call to include a minimum 4 gratis hours 2400/24 hours with a minimum of 4 hours gratis cap Holiday 24 Hour On Call Call Back 475/hour to apply after gratis hours
Holiday Call Back Conversion fee 25k rate cap Travel Reimbursement:
Flights - 750/round trip cap to include all taxes and fees. No upgraded airfares or seat upgrades
Lodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay to include taxes and fees Rental Car - 55/day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved will only be approved if needed for inclement weather
Mileage - IRS Standard Rate
