Clinical Track Faculty-Nursing

The St. Ambrose University Department of Nursing in Davenport, Iowa, invites applications for a full-time, 11-month clinical track faculty position. The faculty will teach in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings using a combination of face-to-face and online modalities.

• Teach nursing courses in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings.
• Help students develop both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
• Participate in scholarly engagement and contribute to department service.
• Collaborate within a mission-driven department with a strong reputation for academic excellence and student-centered learning.

• Master's degree in nursing.
• Eligibility for licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Iowa; additional state licensure may be required.
• Minimum of five years of professional nursing experience; preference for a background in behavioral health nursing.
• Evidence of effective teaching and scholarly engagement.

The Department of Nursing is one of seven health science departments within the College of Health and Human Services. The college emphasizes excellence in teaching, scholarship, and collaboration through interdisciplinary and community-based partnerships.
