Description:
Job Summary We are seeking a Curriculum Developer II – Marketing to develop, coordinate, implement, and maintain learning content for dealer, customer, and employee audiences. This role focuses on transforming approved instructional designs, outlines, and storyboards into complete learning materials and learning paths. The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to produce high-quality digital and instructor-led training materials, manage content production and publication, and support the ongoing maintenance of learning assets.
The instructional designer will lead the analysis and design phases of the ADDIE process, while this role will focus primarily on development, production coordination, platform implementation, and launch support.
