We are currently partnered rapidly growing leader in the construction industry looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join their team in Davenport, IA. The Chief Financial Officer will lead capital strategy, M&A execution, and risk management while championing technology-driven innovation and building a high-performing team that embodies accountability and collaboration.
- Drive long-term planning, capital allocation, and financial modeling.
- Oversee accounting, reporting, compliance, and cost control.
- Execute M&A, integration, and stakeholder relationships.
- Implement automation, dashboards, and real-time insights.
- Develop high-performing teams and foster accountability.
- 15+ years of experience.
- Experience with in a mid sized company ($700MM to $1B)
- Experience with M&A.
- Preferably coming from Construction or Real Estate.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting - CPA and/or MBA preferred.
