Licensed Esthetician​/Patient Service Specialist

Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the Licensed Esthetician/Patient Service Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional services to clients and assisting with front‑office and patient coordination responsibilities. This is a full‑time position.

The ideal candidate will excel in customer service within both medical and spa office environments, ensuring clients and patients receive a memorable andudiating experience.

• Perform spa services including facials, waxing, and lash services, as well as advanced treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, and dermaplaning under medical supervision as applicable.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and develop customized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Educate patients on pre‑ and post‑procedure care, skincare products, and at‑home maintenance routines.
• Collaborate with medical providers to supportџьынџьpre‑operative and post‑operative skincare protocols.

• Adhere to strict hygiene, safety, and infection‑control standards in accordance with medical regulations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including treatment records, progress notes, and product recommendations.
• Assist with patient consultations by explaining procedures, expected outcomes, and potential risks.
• Stay current on emerging skincare technologies, products, and medical esthetic techniques.

• Greet and assist patients, clients, and visitors.
• Schedule appointments.
• Provide instructions for visit and treatment.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Accurately post payment data.

• Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician state license.
• Certification in medical esthetic procedures (laser technician, advanced chemical peels, etc.) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, cosmetic ingredients, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals and maintain client confidentiality.

Salary Information

This is a Non‑Exempt position. Pay will be based on a combination of education and experience. The budgeted hourly range is $16.00–$21.10, with additional commission and bonus structure.
