The Registered/Behavior Technician is responsible for implementing the treatment plan designed by the BCBA. The R/BT is expected to follow through with guidance and supervision of BCBA in all aspects of providing ABA treatment. Prior experience with children is a plus.
Direct Therapy Session ResponsibilitiesFollow through with all guidance from the BCBA related to each client's treatment plan.
Prepare for each session by having a clear understanding of session structure and gathering all necessary materials.
Arrive at each session on time and interact with client as indicated in the treatment plan for the duration of the session.
Establish and maintain a paired relationship with client.
Implement intervention procedures as per treatment plan and BCBA's guidance.
Communicate questions, concerns and any feedback to BCBA in a timely manner.
Interact with parents and other caregivers in a professional manner, in accordance with BACB ethical codes.
Collect data on client's progress throughout each session, as directed by BCBA.
Record data for each target skill into Central Reach after each session.
Complete timesheet in Central Reach for each session within the weekly billing deadline.
Communicate with all relevant administrative staff in a timely and respectful manner.
Adhere to all HIPAA requirements related to client confidentiality.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20 - $25 per hour
