• Scheduled as needed and mutually agreed upon, covering all Occupational Health sites
• Occupational medicine, workman's comp., DOT Physicals, Urgent Care
• Outpatient Only, no call
• Iowa & Illinois license required
• Must be comfortable working independently
• Must be comfortable with lacerations, foreign body removal, DOT Physicals
