Salary: $18.00-$21.00
Are you looking for a fun, rewarding career dedicated to helping children reach their full potential? If so, we want YOU to join us as an RBT at Lighthouse Autism Center! As a RBT, you will work with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to provide high‑quality, center‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. You will receive all the training you need to play an integral role in helping children learn new skills and reach their goals.
Responsibilities- Work one‑on‑one with kids (18 months to school age) to provide ABA therapy in a center‑based approach.
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to implement custom therapy plans unique to each child.
- Use creativity and enthusiasm in a play‑based and naturalistic therapy setting.
- Help children progress in educational and social settings and prepare them to transition to a more traditional school setting.
- Track and document progress for each child while implementing custom therapy programs.
- Be part of a supportive team dedicated to Lighthouse's Core Values.
- Paid training to help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and begin your ABA career. Additional training as you progress through our career levels.
- Tuition reimbursement toward a master’s‑level education. Lighthouse supports your journey to BCBA certification.

- All applicants have a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with children is preferred but not required.

- Commitment to show up each day and support a learner’s progress.
- Lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs.; ability to run, crouch, squat, kneel, bend, sustain impact, and move quickly between positions. Full range of motion of hands and arms; ability to sit on floor and chair for long periods. Expressive verbal and written communication.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
- Background check and drug test at time of hire.
