Pharmacy Driver at Regional Health Services of Howard County

Role:
Pharmacy delivery technician assists the pharmacist in outpatient prescription services, including prescription and equipment delivery and pick-up of patient orders for medications and supplies.

• Deliver prescriptions and equipment to patients safely and efficiently.
• Maintain delivery documentation and vehicle logs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pharmacy Support License in Iowa required within 30 days of acceptance.
• Less than 1 year of experience required.
• Previous delivery experience preferred.
• Interpersonal skills: ability to interact with various people and handle simple exchanges.

Limited exposure to moderately adverse and undesirable environmental conditions. Position may require safety equipment and precautions. Exposure to blood-borne pathogens:
