Residential Mentor ( DSP

Starting wage is $17.00/hr
As a Residential Mentor, you will provide supervision, instruction and guidance as needed to Endeavor Living Participant in their home, to provide for household management and to complete required documentation of services.

• Provides support to participants
• Assist during meal times
• Assist individuals in all aspects of maintaining their homes
• Monitor medication and complete required documentation
• Provides safe transportation of participants
• Plan and supervise outings and recreational activities

• Possess current and valid driver's license and auto insurance, and maintain a good driving record.
• Possess personal vehicle in order to transport for the position.
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. health screening, Driving Record, TB test)
