Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an HR Manager to join their team. As an HR Manager, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the overall workforce strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a strategic mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Details

  • Pay Range: $100,000 - $115,000
Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources department, including hiring and interviewing staff.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, collaborating with corporate Talent Acquisition leads.
  • Provide support and guidance on complex HR issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives to promote a strong workplace culture.
    • Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related HR software.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
