As an Information Systems Help Desk Associate
, you are the end‑user support for all Von Maur and Dry Goods systems. In this dynamic environment, you play an important role as the primary point of contact for problems and requests company wide.

• Solve timely issues related to PCs, operating systems, software, POS terminals, telephones, pagers, printers, thin clients, and CRTs
• Use the help desk software to diligently track all requests
• Place service calls with appropriate vendors
• Maintain phone system and voicemail configurations for the company
• Create and run special request queries
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts on‑site in Davenport, IA
