We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Davenport, Iowa. This is a full time on-site role located at our client office. Only local candidates will be considered.

• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot hardware and devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners)
• Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on hardware and devices
• Diagnose and resolve software, operating system, and network issues
• Interact with End Users to identify IT issues, provide clear explanations of resolutions, and offer timely updates
• Respond promptly to user inquiries and requests, maintaining customer satisfaction and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Manage daily Incident and/or requests queue using an ITSM tool, documenting work and resolution notes

• 2+ years of desktop and/or deskside experience
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements (lift up to 50 lbs)

• Reliable personal transportation (Automobile)
• Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment
• Solid client service skills
• A+ desktop or equivalent certification; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required
• Ability to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
• Will travel minimally, only on an exception basis
