Personal Injury Paralegal

We are seeking ahighly skilled and diligent Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team in Moline, IL.
Thisfull-time, in-office positionrequiresprior experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.

• Provide comprehensive support to the supervising attorney's caseload.
• Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and other necessary documentation.
• Creating medical and factual chronologies.
• Drafting demand packages and correspondence.
• Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties.
• Identify and confirm liens and lienholders.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files (electronic and physical)
• Manage deadlines, calendars, and task lists to ensure timely case progression.
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal court rules, procedures, and deadlines.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
• Handle e-filing and service processes.
• Assist with litigation support as cases progress, including trial preparation when necessary
• Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients via email and telephone.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with e-filing and various court rules, procedures and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to client service.
