As part of the Donor Services Phlebotomy team, our Collection Specialists conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy. They provide donor care throughout the donation process.

This is a full‑time position (30‑39 hours per week) that requires flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

• Customer service experience
• Enjoy working with the public
• Have a good, stable work history
• Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures
• Be able to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
• May train away from home for up to two weeks at a time
• Possess a valid driver’s license in the state where you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier
• Pre‑employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required.
