Chick-fil-A Davenport is hiring a Guest Experience Manager to lead evening operations. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who loves developing people, leading leaders, and creating remarkable guest moments in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll oversee 30+ team members and 5 leaders
, setting the tone for hospitality, performance, and culture from 2:00 pm through close
.

• Own the guest experience during evening & closing hours
• Lead, coach, and develop FOH leaders and team members
• Oversee training, execution, and accountability for night operations
• Drive speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality
• Partner with other leaders to improve results and team culture

• $20.00–$24.50/hour + overtime (up to 5–10 hours of overtime per week)
• $1,000 sign-on bonus
