Lead Project Manager – Electrical Construction
We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee electrical construction operations while ensuring strong project execution, compliance, and safety performance across commercial and industrial environments.
Base pay range$90,000.00/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor project managers, supervisors, and field employees.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee field staff for construction projects and service calls.
- Partner with HR on recruiting, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Enforce company policies related to safety, quality, and employment practices.
- Ensure full compliance with the NEC
, state/local codes, and OSHA/MSHA standards. - Develop customer bid proposals and review specifications.
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with deadlines and budgets.
- State‑approved 4‑year Industrial Electrician Apprenticeship or technical college degree.
- Current state electrical license. Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
- 10+ years of commercial/industrial experience.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong knowledge of electronic theory, electrical systems, and trade tools.
- Familiarity with NEC requirements and state/local electrical codes.
- Understanding of OSHA/MSHA safety regulations.
