Facilities Maintenance Manager

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for CNC machinery (including lathes, mills, and routers).
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Improve equipment uptime and overall production reliability.
• Administer the CMMS system to track work orders, maintenance history, and asset performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance with minimal operational impact.
• Manage maintenance and servicing of buildings, grounds, and facility infrastructure.
• Oversee building security systems and ensure proper protocols are followed.
• Implement and maintain 5S workplace organization standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and support of network infrastructure and facility-wide equipment.
• Supervise, coach, and support maintenance repair staff and facility technicians.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Provide training on CNC maintenance practices and safety procedures.
• Establish departmental KPIs and use performance data to drive improvements aligned with business goals.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and foster employee development to support operational needs.
• Develop, manage, and track the facilities and maintenance department budget.
• Identify, source, and oversee external vendors for specialized repairs and services.
• Maintain required inventories of critical spare parts and consumable supplies.
• Administer EH&S programs and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state and local regulations.
• Conduct routine safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Manage proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Maintain documentation for environmental permits, inspections, and training activities.
• Lead safety training initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of Maintenance Management experience within a CNC manufacturing environment.
• Must have experience with CNC equipment.
• OSHA 30 certificate desired.
• Strong CMMS experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range: $90K-$110K annually
