Kelly Services is recruiting an Assembly Manufacturing Engineer to support an on-site assembly line in Davenport, IA 52809.
Job details- Contract:
10/26/2026 to 10/25/2027 - Pay rate: $42 per hour
- On-site, 1st shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- 5–8 overtime hours may be requested
- Partner with cross-functional teams on safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
- Lead small to moderate capital projects.
- Maintain assembly layouts, labor standards, methods, and work sequences.
- Develop manufacturing processes and technologies, and troubleshoot current operations.
- 1 or more years of experience with manufacturing processes, quality, tooling, preventative maintenance, and facilities.
- Experience with engineering tools and manufacturing execution systems.
- Experience leading and implementing projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication with operators, peers, and leadership; ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology, or equivalent related work experience; industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, or electrical engineering preferred.
- Strong accountability and follow-through, with an ability to foster an engaged team.
