• Assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidence‑based practice
• Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by the ANA
• Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities

• 32 hours per week
• Day shift

• Possession of a current license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of Iowa
• Possession of an Illinois Registered Nurse license within one year of hire
• Basic Life Support certification within six (6) weeks of hire
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Abuse Reporter training specific to the population served within three (3) months of hire
