Job Summary

Position:
Wellness Nurse at Bickford Senior Living. This role supports resident care within the branch, ensuring medications are administered compassionately and residents maintain dignity.

Base pay: $28.25/hr - $30.75/hr sign‑on bonus: $2,500.

Benefits vary by employment status:

• Full‑time (30+ hr):

• Prn

• Accurately follow resident MAR to ensure medications are administered per physician orders.
• Apply the Six Rights of medication administration and Bickford policies.
• Use eMAR system for medication tracking.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for medication clarification and resident care decisions.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non‑licensed team members as needed.
• Model Bickford Mission "Whatever it Takes" to all shift teammates.

• Active IL license: LPN or Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Ready to accept additional training or education as required by state.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management competence.
• Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making.
• Ability to use or learn Bickford’s eMAR system.
