We are looking to hire a Nursing House Supervisor who will oversee operations during the routine absence of Nurse Managers and Department Directors, ensuring hospital operations continue smoothly during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• 32 hours per week
• Evening shift hours,
• Holiday and weekend rotation
• 12-hr weekend shifts

• Oversee the operations of clinical services during the routine absence of Nurse Managers and Department Directors.
• Ensure hospital operations continue smoothly in the absence of senior management on evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Act as a resource person for clinical decision making, personnel issues, and problem‑solving to support Mercy One Genesis Medical Center philosophies and standards.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing.

• Basic Life Support training.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Registered Nurse in Iowa or Register Nurse in Illinois within one year.
• More than 3 years of experience required.
