We are looking to hire a Nursing House Supervisor who will oversee operations during the routine absence of Nurse Managers and Department Directors, ensuring hospital operations continue smoothly during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Schedule- 32 hours per week
- Evening shift hours,
- Holiday and weekend rotation
- 12-hr weekend shifts
- Oversee the operations of clinical services during the routine absence of Nurse Managers and Department Directors.
- Ensure hospital operations continue smoothly in the absence of senior management on evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Act as a resource person for clinical decision making, personnel issues, and problem‑solving to support Mercy One Genesis Medical Center philosophies and standards.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
- Basic Life Support training.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Registered Nurse in Iowa or Register Nurse in Illinois within one year.
- More than 3 years of experience required.
