Nurse Practitioner -Oncology

Location - Davenport, IA

• You need a Master s or Doctorate degree from an approved Nursing Program. This is very important.
• You must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. This is also required.
• You need to have licenses for Illinois and Iowa, or be ready to get them. This is required as well.
• You should have at least 3-5 years of experience working as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner (this does not include experience as a Registered Nurse). This is necessary.
• You should be able to confirm your DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) certification verbally, or be able to get it before you start. This is required.
• You need to have a Controlled Substance License (CSR/CDS) or be able to get one before you start. This is required too.
• You should be willing to work at clinics in Davenport, Clinton, and Silvis. This is also necessary.
• A clean malpractice record is preferred, but not required.
