CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

We are looking for a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant — CNA to become a part of our facility’s compassionate care‑giving team.

Job Summary

• Observe and report residents and note physical condition, attitude, reactions, or any unusual behavior.
• Ensure that the call light is always within reach of all residents and answer the calls promptly.
• Perform basic nursing skills for residents.
• Encourage residents in self‑help measures in activities of daily living to promote maximum level of independence.
• Participate in Restorative Nursing programs.
• Transport or escort residents to various areas of the Home.

Qualifications – Required

• Current CNA certification for the State of Iowa
• Current CPR certification
• Evidence of Compassionate Care, teamwork, and strong communication skills

Education and Experience

Relevant nursing or caregiving experience and education preferred; however, we prioritize a commitment to caring for others.
