Travel RN-ER jobs in West Des Moines, IA let you deliver fast-paced emergency care to patients in a hospital known for its advanced emergency department and collaborative team environment. You must have a current Iowa or compact state RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 1-2 years of recent emergency department experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, strong triage skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new protocols are recommended for success in this role
