Weeknights 4pm/5pm - close and Weekends. 10 or more hours a week available.

$12.50/hr

• Welcoming members and guests with a warm smile, using their names, and expressing gratitude for their patronage.
• Asking questions, using active listening and providing facility tours to help prospective members find the perfect membership and program options.
• Building relationships with members, fostering connections within our YMCA community.
• Utilizing our operations software for member check‑ins, program and membership registration, and payment processing.
• Staying knowledgeable about all YMCA and Family Wellness programs and services to assist members effectively.
• Handling membership and safety concerns, addressing any issues promptly and appropriately.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to stand and/or sit for at least 4 hours at a time every day.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to walk and climb stairs and navigate the facility.
• Must be able to talk, hear, and see regularly.
• Must obtain CPR/AED/FA certification (classes provided through the YMCA).
• Displays YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility and adheres to our mission.
