Your main duty is to ensure every customer leaves satisfied. While most of your time is spent at the register, you may also support other departments, stock shelves, or move carts.

• Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience
• Proactively assist customers in the self‑checkout area
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently
• Manage a cash register, payments, and exchanges
• Answer customer questions
• Help maintain a clean, safe workstation
• Complete other duties as assigned

• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time
• Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• Can lift 10 lbs unassisted or over 15 lbs with or without accommodation
• Obtain sales‑related licensure or registration if required by law in your state

• Retail and/or customer service experience
• Bilingual skills

This role does not require regular travel; however, occasional travel may be needed for meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores.

Environmental factors vary by location, including inside and outside weather conditions. Exposure to extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions is possible. Noise and vibration can occur. Lifting guidelines limit single lifts to 75 pounds; team lifts start at 75 lbs. Powered equipment may require training or assistance from a coworker.
