We are currently looking to build a team of incredible relationship builders, conversation havers, and wireless technology gurus. A key member of this team is our Senior Wireless Sales Expert who is responsible for supervising the customer experience and helping to remove any obstacles for our employees and guests. Our Senior Wireless Sales Expert is technology savvy, sales-focused, and laser-focused on guest satisfaction.

Our Senior Retail Wireless Sales Specialists earn between $20.00 - $21.25/hour, plus uncapped commission. On average most employees work 30 to 39 hours per week. On average, most employees in this role work approximately 35 hours per week, offering a consistent schedule while maintaining flexibility.

• Brand Ambassador – While orange is our color, we are best known for our outstanding customer service. You will ensure the center is comfortable, welcoming, and always open for our guests when needed. • Relationship Builder – You will have the opportunity to build relationships with guests, team members, and field leadership. Building a relationship requires you to be an active listener, solution‑finder, and conversation initiator.
• Product and Services Expert – You will receive world‑class training on our products and services and you will be able to translate technology into real‑world conversations. You will be able to explain a SIM card with the same clarity as how you would explain making a PB&J sandwich. You will also attend meetings, training, and connections where you can ensure you have all the knowledge needed to take the best care of guests.
• Obstacle Remover – You are a decision‑maker, and you are great at it! You will be responsible for helping customers get everything they need and ensuring that the team has the tools and resources necessary to make this happen. In the case of escalations, exceptions, or technology troubles, you will be the expert and person who is able to make someone’s day with your knowledge, skill, and solution‑focused delivery.

  • High school diploma, or equivalent experience, is required.
  • At least 2 years of retail management (keyholder) experience is required; this experience needs to be in an environment where you have talked to customers about their wants and needs (beauty providers, phone providers, etc.).
  • At least 1 year of Sales and Customer Service experience in the wireless industry.
  • Experience in operating a POS system and ensuring accurate transactions.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Schedule and Attendance:
  • Retail Store is open six to seven days a week. Hours will vary between 9 am to 6 pm most days.
    We believe in life/work balance, so we want to ensure that you get your hours and have time left over to spend with family and friends.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items. This includes standing for periods of 6-8 hours.
