• Conduct full‑home inspections (from attic to crawl space)

• Average first‑year earnings between $70,000 and $100,000 (base + commission)
• Uncapped commission: the more you sell, the more you earn

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA‑compliant respirator when required
