We're seeking a driven Comfort Advisor to lead in-home consultations, present system options, and manage each project from the first handshake through installation. This role blends sales, customer service, and technical HVAC knowledge to deliver 5-star experiences to homeowners seeking comfort, efficiency, and value.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who thrives in a performance-based environment, enjoys helping customers make informed decisions, and takes pride in seeing projects through from sale to completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Customer Engagement:
Prospect new business through referrals, inbound leads, and networking. Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.In‑Home Consultations:
Assess home comfort needs, system requirements, and budgets while educating customers on HVAC options and efficiency improvements.Proposal Development & Presentation:
Create and present at least three customized system options using Service Titan or similar CRM tools. Explain product benefits, warranties, and financing.Sales Closing & Contracting:
Guide customers through contracts and financing options, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.Project Coordination:
Work closely with install teams and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and seamless project handoffs.Customer
Experience:
Deliver an exceptional experience from consultation to post‑installation follow‑up—maintaining professionalism, communication, and accountability throughout.
- 60%+ close rate on consultations
- Three or more options presented per proposal
- 25% upsell rate on accessories (air scrubbers, humidifiers, smart thermostats, etc.)
- Proven success in HVAC sales or a related technical sales role (preferred)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and energy efficiency
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated and organized with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Service Titan or similar CRM systems (a plus)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Competitive pay – commensurate with experience
