Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries

* Recommend/sell moving services, products, supplies, equipment, and other value-added services based on cost, availability, and customer specifications

* Input information into internal move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves

* Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals

* Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns

* Prepare move-related paperwork and documents

* Utilize your sales expertise to secure critical sales

* Continually maintain a thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and effectively oppose any customer objections

* All other duties as assigned

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent is required

* Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)

* Exceptional organizational and time management skills

* Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively

* Accurate; consistent attention to detail

* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

* Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone

* Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale

* Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities

* Basic computer/keyboarding skills

* Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Core Values

* Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
