Mercy One Genesis – Quad Cities region (Davenport, Bettendorf, Rock Island, Moline)

Employment Type: Full-time •
Shift: Night Shift

Base pay range: $17.04/hr – $24.70/hr (actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, education, licensure, certification, and comparison to similar roles)

• Provide a physical presence to prevent and/detect adverse conditions that could threaten the safety and security of the hospital environment.
• Protect the welfare of patients, visitors, staff, and facility assets.
• Interact with a variety of people inside and outside the organization, often encountering difficult or stressful situations.
• Communicate effectively about complex, detailed, and sensitive topics, gaining agreement as needed.

• 2:30 am – 7:00 am (2 shifts on call); 10:30 pm – 2:30 am; 10:30 pm – 7:00 am every other weekend and holiday requirements.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR within 60 days.
• Law‑enforcement or criminal‑justice coursework preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
