HVAC Technician - Location:
Davenport, IA - Schedule:
Full-Time | 8-hour shifts | Overtime Available | On-call Rotation - Pay Range: up to $50 per hour (DOE)
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Perform system inspections, testing, and maintenance
- Conduct warranty work, adjustments, and repairs
- Adhere to safety standards and customer expectations
- Maintain detailed service records and complete work efficiently
- 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Iowa HVAC License (or ability to obtain within probation)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with educational, commercial, or industrial facilities
- Familiarity with chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, burners, RTUs, VRF, and VAV systems
- OSHA 10 certification or higher
- OEM certifications (Trane, Carrier, Daikin, etc.)
