Endeavor Casemanager

As an Endeavor Living Case manager, you would be responsible for developing and monitoring service plans, maintaining documentation, providing guidance and support to staff, and helping ensure individuals receive the services and support they need to be successful. This position provides opportunities to further develop your leadership skills through training and coaching direct service staff. Case managers also participate in the department's on-call rotation and serve as a key resource for individuals, staff, families, and community members.

Starting wage: $23.39/hr

• Possess current and valid driver's license and auto insurance and maintain a good driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, education or a related field and a minimum of one year experience in social services
• Experience in a setting with people with intellectual disabilities is preferred
