Group Fitness Instructor - Strength or Les Mills Body Pump, Weekdays

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Strength or Les Mills BODYPUMP Instructor to lead engaging, inclusive, and safe classes for members of all fitness levels. If you're passionate about wellness, mindfulness, and helping others find balance, we'd love to have you on our team.

SCHEDULE: Monday/Wednesday 12-1pm

PAY RATE: $13.00/hr

• Lead group yoga classes that promote flexibility, strength, relaxation, and mindfulness.
• Provide modifications and encouragement to meet varying participant needs and skill levels.
• Maintain a positive, motivating, and welcoming class environment.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by following YMCA and industry best practices.
• Keep attendance records and assist with promoting group exercise programs.
• Support YMCA's mission of healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.

• Current Les Mills Body Pump Instructor certification.
• Prior experience teaching group fitness classes preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to connect with participants and foster an inclusive environment.
