The legal Support team is client facing and bridges the gap between the sales / quotes team and the lawyers. As a legal support administrator, you’ll deal with a variety elements & task like:
- Gathering and collating information from lenders, agents and lawyers
- Creating sale contract packs
- Dealing with administrative tasks and distributing incoming emails
- Answering incoming calls
- Ensuring daily tasks are met and working within a team
- Communicating and building relationships with legal teams and third parties in a professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service
- Passionate about delivering a good service.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word/Excel/Office).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Able to manage your time and workload and have good levels of literacy and numeracy.
- You thrive working in dynamic and busy environments, this is not a sleepy back-office role.
No legal background is required for this role, and this is a fantastic position with scope for growth, career development and filled with learning opportunities.
