Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing growth strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals. This role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and presenting findings to the leadership team to support decision-making and revenue generation.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and new business acquisition skills
  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Market research, data analysis, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site setting and contribute to team success
  • Familiarity with the automotive or fleet services industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
