Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off. Day time hours (06:00-18:00)

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Join our team at JD Wetherspoon Daventry as a Customer Service Representative! We’re looking for a dependable, customer‑focused individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. In this key front‑of‑house role, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere, support smooth daily operations, and ensure every guest enjoys a positive experience.

• Ensuring effective communication processes are maintained for both external/internal customers
• Process transferring, cancelling, and re‑keying orders accurately and within agreed cut‑off times
• Handle customer complaints, claims, part claim credits, and ROI queries in a timely and professional manner
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with pubs, transport teams, and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with the shift manager, warehouse, transport and stocks
• Complete data collections and confirm data collection accuracy
• Maintain clear documentation for claims, cage issues, and customer contacts

• Previous Customer Service experience is essential
• Previous Operational/Transport experience would be desirable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organisational skills, together with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a demanding environment
• Experience of using WMS / tachomaster / Microlise would be desirable
• Good IT skills including all Microsoft Office packages
