Service Advisor Reference Number -
Salary up to £28k
Key Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for customers booking their vehicles in for service or repair
- Building relationships our fleet customers
- Communicate with the workshop team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
- Keep customers updated throughout the process and provide clear explanations of work carried out
- Handle general admin, phone calls, and service-related queries
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Service Advisor to play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience and helping drive our business forward.
