Call Centre Agent

Pertemps Daventry are currently recruiting for a friendly, reliable and professional Part-Time Call Centre Agent to join one of our established clients based in Daventry.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for school-friendly working hours, with shifts available every Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00am–3:00pm.

You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries by telephone, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customers receive accurate and helpful information.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
Handle customer requests, questions and complaints calmly and efficiently.
Make outbound cold calls where required.
Record customer information and update records accurately.
Maintain a high standard of customer service.
Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when required.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Meet agreed service and performance standards.
Maintain confidentiality when dealing with customer information.

About You The successful candidate will have:

Excellent verbal communication skills.
A confident and professional telephone manner.
Good listening and customer service skills.
The ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with difficult customers.
Good attention to detail.
Basic computer and administrative skills.
A reliable, punctual and organised approach.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous call centre or customer service experience is desirable.
