West Northants Council in Northampton is seeking a Trainee Customer Advisor to learn and develop in a busy local government environment. You will gain hands-on experience, training and support as you help residents access information and services across council departments.
You’ll work in our One Stop Shop, reception and Contact Centre, assisting customers face-to-face, by phone, email and online, while building professional customer service skills.
