Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding full-time role? Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated HLTA to join a supportive primary school in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in pupils’ learning and development.

• Plan and deliver lessons to small groups or whole classes under the guidance of teaching staff.
• Support teachers in assessing pupil progress and adapting learning activities.
• Provide targeted interventions to support individual learning needs.
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
• Assist in the preparation of learning materials and resources.

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience supporting pupils across different age groups.
• Must hold the right to work in the UK and be available for an enhanced DBS check.
