• Understanding of the principles of excellent customer service
• Understanding of, and commitment to, the principles of equity, inclusion and belonging
• Understanding of the principles of safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults in an educational setting
• Understanding of the principles of data protection

• English and maths GCSE grade C/4 or above/willingness to obtain, or equivalent skill level
• A willingness to obtain a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Qualification (funded by the College)
• A willingness to a relevant Health and Safety Qualification (funded by the College)
• A willingness to undertake Allergen training (funded by the College)
• Manual Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain (funded by the College)
